Peace has worked in home care for twenty-two years. She holds a master's degree in social work, which is unusual for someone running an agency and turns out to matter more than the letters suggest — a lot of what families need in the first month is not care at all but help navigating programs nobody told them about.
She started Key Family Care because she had spent long enough inside larger operations to know what she'd do differently. The main thing is this: she answers the phone.
